The person that park the cars at night or both person that parks cars there should be promoted to a better position in the hotel, he really know to make people feel well atended, he really understands about hospitality. The hotel is really good staff too. I’m happy.

Property is perfectly fine, a bit dated and not many amenities in room … have stayed there multiple times over last ten years… can’t think of a single upgrade or improvement in that time. But keep going back because location is great, staff is helpful, and price is right.

Terrible restaurant

I was treated like a rat by the restaurant manager Marcio and the Cook Adriana who prioritised the football team for dinner. This is such a good hotel. They should change the restaurant management.

Customer service was extremely lacking at this hotel. Also check in took wayyy too long. This was a mid way stop for us. We were going from São Paulo to Iguaza Falls. This was almost in the middle. So we thought we would stay here going and also on the return trip but we decided to definitely not book this hotel for our return trip back to São Paulo. Hotel was nice just extremely rude associate that worked the front desk counter.

Mold, mildew, noisy, bathroom smelled like sewer water, people slam doors all night long, hotel is very dirty, housekeepers are slopppy and don’t do a good job at all, towels are like sandpaper, bed is small, AC is ok, kitchen is old and cabinets are fallling apart, shower smells, unit smells, you are able to hear all the noise from the street because windows don’t shut all the way and glass is paper thin, by far the worst place l’ve ever stayed in.

O hotel em si é muito bom, bem localizado e a equipe muito prestativa. Só está precisando um pouco de manutenção: a válvula hidra estava vazando e a torneira da pia era difícil manter fechada, o que desperdiçava água.

A minha estadia no Hotel foi uma das piores que já tive. O valor cobrado é altíssimo para o que o apartamento entrega: ambiente feio, móveis de má qualidade e alguns já danificados, box do banheiro quebrado e tudo muito desorganizado. Não recomendo — é uma hospedagem sem qualidade, que cobra caro e entrega muito pouco. Eu daria nota ZERO EM TUDO! Não recomento!
