"The location of the hotel and room size were amazing! Jacuzzi was out of order when we were there, and needed a swimming cap for the pool so we couldn't use them. The bathroom was nice, but the shower curtain does cling to you a bit. Overall pretty nice but not perfect."

"We arrived in for a wedding at a different venue quite early and wanted to see if we could just leave our bags with reception. Instead of this, the front of house team found us a room that was already ready, and got us checked in well before we expected that we could do so. This gave us plenty of opportunity to freshen up before needing to turn around. Later, the front of house team were also able to book us a taxi. Unfortunately it was very delayed in arriving, meaning that we would be late to the wedding, but one of the staff had ordered a taxi that had turned up for them, and offered us to take it so we could get there sooner. The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating during our stay, and they are a credit to the Hotel. Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as you all possibly could!"
