ibis London Shepherds Bush – Hammersmith
I was welcomed as a returning customer by Axel who was very welcoming and helpful. The room was on the 1st floor and the quiet side of the building too, if I had a car it was always the floor I wanted for the convenience of car park.

Four Points Flex by Sheraton London Kensington
Overall a good experience. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, good water pressure and heat in the shower, and friendly staff. Only wish it had a mini fridge in the room.
