"We were in room 4 ,the room above was was very noisy with creaking floor boards ,which affected our sleep as they kept getting up in night. Showers and toilets were noisy when In use and workmen outside started at 8ish on roof. Room itself was a good size and very clean. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good. Just noisy which we appreciate can't always be regulated,as it depends who stays. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in London at the B+B Belgravia. It was close walks to restaurants, pubs and Buckingham Palace. Special thank you to receptionist who was there on our check in day and also the day we left. She was very helpful if we had questions. Also thank you to Mohammad who was also at the front desk. Thank you also to the servers in the breakfast area. Breakfasts was great."

"Unique little hotel above a popular pub. Not noisy though. Our room was incredibly small. Really cute but the smallest lodging I have ever stayed in. Be sure to tell them if you are large people. That could have been an issue. The hotel is clean and has great staff. "

"We had a wonderful warm welcome from Kanley on arrival. The breakfast was delicious, and served by various friendly souls from all over the world. The fellow diners at the breakfast table were also an international assortment. Great conversations and a great way to start the day. This property is conveniently located to the underground Victoria line, where getting to central London is a snap. We had a very comfortable king size bed in our room. Great stay."

"Place was convenient to the tube station, friendly staff, reasonably priced breakfast. Clean room , fresh sheets. I have no issue with the small bathroom, however a bathroom mat outside the shower would be preferred also to prevent accidental slipping from water splash. I would book again on my future visit."

"Based on how much you pay for a stay in this hotel it is a very good value for money. It's located very conveniently, within 5 minutes of walking distance from the Victoria Underground, Coach and Rail Stations. If you also like to explore London on foot the location is once again very good. It's about a 15-minute walk from Buckingham Palace and once you get there most of the popular attractions are close. Although a lot of other reviewers complained about the breakfast I found it to be really...

"Excellent service. I had a superior 1 bedroom for family. Very clean. Sofa bed was already laid out when we arrived. Complimentary spring water in fridge. Enough towels for 4 people which is great. Check out time is 11am. Two t.v. Wi-Fi was good. Hair conditioner was provided. Leaving luggage at reception was great. Only two very small things I would add is no herbal tea bags provided, you might want to bring your own. There is decaf coffee. Also the bathroom is en-suite in the bedroom...
