I later found out it’s an "on-request" service, but the staff failed to mention this at check-in. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and basic hygiene standards."

"This is a beautiful hotel located next to a park. The front desk staff were excellent in sorting out an automated parking machine problem that could have been very inconvenient and resulted in an expensive parking fine. The food is excellent."

"The place is clean serves its purpose. However be mindful this hotel has you trapped with their over priced photos banning any take away deliveries to the hotel. The receptionist last night on arrival was scary, no people skills at all and made us wait minutes whilst she rudely carried on typing. Just not a good welcome or feel. Check out receptionist this morning was lovely. "
