"It was a trial finding the apartment, the link in the booking website took us to a different, Google maps then took us to another place, eventually the agent dropped us a pin to the actual apartment, so probably just cut out all the messing around and get the agent to drop you a pin to the apartment location. Bernina Suites - 150 metres to Bernina Express

"We had a little suite apartment for our room. Rather than a traditional hotel, this is a building with dedicated small apartments as the rooms. There wasn't a live front desk person, though there is a space dedicated for it. Before our arrival, we were contacted and given instructions on how to arrive at the location with a Google map link providing a recommended walking route, small video clips on how to open and close the windows and blinds, instructions on how to use the washer and the location of a nearby laundromat to dry (which was literally around the corner from our building). This information was very helpful, and the host was available via WhatsApp for communication. The room had we needed: penty of room to store belongings, clean towels, clean bedding, the washing machine worked great, and plenty of counter space. One thing lacking was some space to store toiletries inside the shower. We had to place our shampoo and soap on the floor of the shower. Aside from that, everything else was perfect!"

Amazing location in central Livigno with free parking at the rear of the hotel. Several restaurants in walking distance, but ended up eating dinner at the hotel. Excellent breakfast was included with our stay. Amazing friendly staff (Elios) who all had time to share a laugh & offer advice. We just wish we could have stayed longer…."
