"This place is not ready for prime time. It recently opened and the owner was reasonable when we asked to cancellation nights 2 & 3. We chose for location and I read the booking details. I understood it was on a street close to the malecon, however this is an adults only boutique hotel that stresses “quiet” even with a contract you sign to not have parties or be loud. The street noise was unbearable so we were switched to a room not on the main street but a side street was still so loud my...

"This is a lovely property & the room was extra large, clean & very comfortable. The owner is lovely & didn’t blink an eye when we arrived several hrs before the official check-in.
The one drawback is that it’s a little out of the way from the center but if you have a car, no problem!
