"This is a fabulous hotel. The majestic foyer with live music is a beautiful welcome to the property. Lounge service was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful with great coffee and all the food options you could ask for. Our room on the top floor offered skylights on the ceiling. This was not ideal, I prefer a window to be able to see something, even if it is just a neighbouring building, but it was fine. The washroom was good if you are short, but showering is difficult if you are over 6’. The shower head is much too low and your experience will not be good. I am short and it was great for me, but not for my husband. Just be aware of this.
The spa amenities are great. Be sure to use the saunas!
The location is great and easily walkable and close to transit.

"While the property looks dated from the outside, the inside looks great. The room was spacious, equipped with all we needed. The breakfast was perhaps the highlight of our stay, as it offered plenty of very tasty options. Hope to return soon!"
