"Found this hotel as a stop on the way from Spain to France .Friendly welcome, the restaurants was busy and really good value. Our waitress was a real card and humorous with it.

"It is located in an industrial area, outside looks line and old factory but inside it is modern, clean, spacious, staff is great ALBA was very kind and explained us all the options to visit San Sebastian by bus just 15 minutes from downtown, recommended, forget the surround areas, close to the place there is a good supermarket and some cafeterias, the breakfast they offered is good. "This is a fun hotel. A little 2020 “woke” in the branding but it’s in on the joke I think. “Heterofriendly” had me laughing as I’ve always thought, oh wow, hotel, thanks for being “gay-friendly”. In terms of amenities and spacious rooms it’s hard to beat in this old town."

"The hotel feels luxurious and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel is well equipped with access to a gym and dining options. The location is not far from the centre and Old Town in a taxi, under 10 mins. You can get a bus but we didn’t do this. Getting a taxi to the hotel from the train station was a bit of a nightmare when you haven't pre-booked a transfer, so would hughlt recommend arranging transfers in advance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and added to the experience, giving recommendations on where to see. The location doesn't have much going on, but is nice and quiet at night and there are a couple of nice restaurants directly opposite the hotel and a lovely beach nearby. "
