"I booked a standard double room months ago and needed the two beds in one room. When we arrived after a 9 hour drive, they had oversold the double rooms and didn’t have any rooms left with two beds. I had to find another hotel with double rooms still available. The staff was very helpful in trying to find a room that would work for us. And they didn’t give me any problems when I had to cancel my reservation."
