"We stayed in the presidential suite and it was not cleaned at all. We asked for it to be cleaned again and it was still filthy."

"Parking here was a nightmare, the suite i paid for was dirty, the floors desperately needed swept and mopped and the room smelled like mildew. I went and bought a glade plugin just so it wouldn't smell so bad "

"The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The building is an older establishment and maintaining a hotel in this day and age is a financial challenge, however the staff here are hard working and doing their best to provide a save and comfortable stay. The rooms are very clean and there always seem to be a number of guests staying which is always a good sign. The pool was clean and well maintained. "

"So I’m not one to complain. However there was a spot in the bathroom on the front side of the sink that had pee on it. Not a HUGE deal. I mean yeah gross but it was an easy spot to miss. However, when I said something at check out about our room not being cleaned the best, she said “well maintenance might’ve been in there working” and what? Peed on the wall? lol so I told her I’m not trying to be a nuisance or looking to get anything for free and I was just letting them know. Whatever, again, not a big deal. Then when we got home, I started itching really bad. I have bites all over my body. I’m not one to make a big deal outta things and I feel bad for leaving a crappy review but I’ve never had anything like this happen before. My husband and I used to come here to celebrate our anniversary and we’ve always loved it. Needless to say it’s extremely run down, and we won’t be back. I didn’t see any bed bugs because we did (kinda) check. We weren’t very thorough due to being there before with no issues. However I have multiple clusters of bites all over. Book at your own risk of course"

"shower was terrible, very poor outlet, water amount, could not move it for different height ppl. got up in morning for breakfast, went at 6:30 (was supposed to start at 6) heat tray was "out of order" waffle maker was not set up and ready, nor was waffle batter. 2 apples,3 banana's, some bread? that is what you call breakfast? thank goodness Bob Evans was just across the street. "
