This property had potential, but the room was rented to us filthy. Floors and Surfaces: The floors were completely unswept and unmopped. We immediately had to sweep up dirt and leftover food (including pretzels) from the previous tenant. Because no mop was provided, we had to hand-wash the filthy floors. Additionally, all furniture and surfaces had a thick layer of dirt and grime, indicating they hadn’t been wiped down in months. Bathroom: The shower drain had hair sitting on top of it. Furthermore, the toilet seat is extremely loose and in danger of falling off. Kitchen and Appliances: The dishwasher was left completely full of dishes, including an upside-down dish that was full of stagnant water. These should have been put away by your cleaning personnel. Missing Amenities: The hand soap bottle was entirely empty, and the washing machine soap container left on top of the laundry unit was completely empty as well. Linens: Some of towels and washcloths provided are well past their usable condition. They are stained, frayed, and severely need replacement. I cannot recommend this property as a rental.
