"Clean room, pleasant staff "

"The building was very clean and was nicely decorated/furnished. Staff were friendly. I don't wish to add a negative, but the advertised "heated pool" was actually "cold." It was a bummer, as my husband and I were celebrating our 23rd anniv. and haven't been swimming in ages. I mentioned it to the desk host; she said it's kept at a steady 85 degrees but that she would mention it to the maintenance department. The hotel is lovely overall. (Except the pool - well it's actually an inviting, clean pool -- just way too cold.)"

"The pool area was clean, the staff was super friendly. This was the second time we stayed here. Giving a three star on cleanliness because there was food left in the fridge from someone previously staying there. But everything else was clean."

"If I wasn’t my friend was in hospice, and I went through a great expense to get there and I didn’t spent much time there,I would have loss the money I paid and gone somewhere else. The place was dirty. Equipment did not work. repairs being done on the building. "

"Need access to more pool towels, usb ports in rooms, something for kids like a playground set, smart tv for streaming. Also need to explain the light situation and when the main light by the door is turned off the lights by the bed don’t charge your phone."
