The hotel was very clean, and the beds were comfortable, so we enjoyed a good night’s sleep. Our rooms overlooked the back of the hotel and were very quiet. The location was excellent for shops, takeaways and a few restaurants. A shopping mall was right next door and included a Lidl, which was quite handy. However, the carpets and curtains were a little dated in the rooms and the air conditioning in my room was not working effectively which I didn’t need throughout the visit anyway. Overall, it was a comfortable and peaceful stay in a convenient location.

A great hotel with super service, quiet/clean room, with several amenities. Their breakfast spread has options for all morning eaters. Very convenient to a mall, coffee shops, and the main street of Łódź.

Nice hotel and reception staff excellent. Technically weird that air is not moving at all from room out. Problem is that air stands in rooms without pulled out from vent in bathroom roof. Somebody is lazy ,stupid or something. Not help a lot if use air circulating device who just pull air from room and return it back heated or nothing. It should be cooled but cooling not working at all. Sticker in window warn clients about opening them because of mosquitoes. Mus to open sake of staying alive in room without ventilation and heat out of +35 Celsius degrees. Somebody's ass in technical maintenance should be kicked for not doing their job.

Fantastic location with a great bar area

Great central location . Near piotrowska street . I found varying online checkin times and when I got there at 1 pm told I couldn’t check in. No problem they have a bar and lovely lounge area where I sat comfortably with my drink until I could . The lovely young gentleman when I checked in blinds hair and I’ve seen him evenings mostly was so helpful , gave me a map and recommendations which were spot on . Would stay here again
