"I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even...

We didn’t book facilities with a disabled wet room but as my husband recently had an accident , the bathroom/wet room facilities in room 101 were amazing and ground floor with no steps to negotiate were ideal. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again when we are in the area."
