On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. "Air-conditioning in the room wasn't working in all rooms in the hotel on a day that was 34 degrees. Staff blamed the high temperature for reducing the effectiveness of the Air-conditioning system. Next day was a more manageable 24 degrees celsius and still inoperable air conditioning in the rooms. Absolutely unacceptable. The least a guest deserves in a hotel is comfort. Better invest in a proper Air-conditioning system before the business is run to the ground."
