Check in was quick. Room was dated but clean and tidy. Gym was adequate. However, I barely slept. The room was ridiculously warm, even with the windows open. Friendly welcome, lovely dinner in the snug. The room was clean and welcoming with a big TV and tea making facilities. The staff accommodated our request to leave our bags at reception after we had checked out.
