"No daily maid service unless requested ( I had not been informed of this) . Toilet ran to fill on a frequent interval. Mosquito in room. No notepad or pen. Blackout curtains did not close fully. "The owners are kind and sweet and accommodating. Brittany is a rockstar!! The hotel is under renovation so very rudimentary. The price is quite low in comparison to other hotels so don’t expect what you’d get at an average hotel (Marriott, Best Western, Hyatt, etc.) including air conditioning (in some rooms). The beds were very comfortable with clean sheets. I love what they’re trying to do here. Best of luck with the continuing improvements!"

Comfort Inn Williamsport

"It was a good stay for the most part. We had issues with our room access cards every day. We needed to return to the lobby to get the cards reprogrammed several times. What ordinarily would be a minor inconvenience was exacerbated by a painfully slow elevator. The super friendly and apologetic staff made it less painful. This property could benefit from a faster elevator and NFC type cards rather than the magnetic stripe cards. None of these issues would prevent us from staying here again."
