"Elevator was broken. They carried our suitcases up but we carried them down. We had to walk the 3 flights the 3 nights we stayed. The rest of the stay was good. The room was nice. Food was good."

"We had a fabulous stay at the Garrison. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was a little further up the road than the main hotel. It was very comfortable and a “home from home”. "A well equipped, large 2 bedroom apartment. Ample parking. Easy to find. Central Fort William is not on the doorstep, but still walkable. Good internet. Only one downside, and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is the beds. I don't know how old the mattresses are, but they are kind of lumpy ..."
