"Staff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. "Wonderful, scenic location with outstanding views of. With a car, the whole of Lake Garda is very accessible and we found port parking to access ferrys and in town exploration very easy (even during Aug peak season). The restaurant was simply excellent - the staff, the food, the setting. Though not our intention, we dined at the property each evening given how beautiful and satisfying it all was. The menu is large and the pasta and desserts were particularly sublime. The hotel staff was beyond hospitable. Cannot recommend enough."

Massive choice of breakfast options Pool table and cues need replacing Great decking area over the lake enabling you to swim. Limited car parking spaces and almost impossible to find one after 8pm."
