"This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. Unfortunately, for us, it rained our whole stay so the rooftop bar wasn’t open. I really wanted to experience that. The bar downstairs, was incredibly beautiful, but unbelievably empty on a Saturday night! I couldn’t for the life of me figure out...

"Lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly at all. The bartender was amazing. Our next door neighbor was rude and noisy, we’ve been up a few times due to their children running in the hallway. (Almost 2am) Overall of the hotel is pretty good, except the location. "
