"Property is clean, location not bad at all; although from the pictures it looks like it’s at the lake and not really. But you can get to the center in 5 minutes by bus (city bus included)and the bus stop it’s 3 minutes walk, or you can walk look at the city, takes 25 minutes to the piazza. "

"Giving this a 3 because the air conditioner didn’t work and staff only gave us a bottle of cold water. This is an important issue during warmer times and it disturbed our sleep. "Beware when staying here. The AC in rooms is preset at 24 C with the ability to reduce the temp only by up to 3 C....netting out at 21C best case. Generally it did not work so our room was always about 23C, which for my family is too warm. Also the restaurant in evenings is absurdly overpriced and the food not great...they focus more on presentation than taste. The town is great so if you stay here walk to the village to eat."
