The room was small, unwelcoming and cold. We had no assistance with bags, and indeed could not find our room and had to be shown the way by another guest. We had been travelling for over 20 hours and we were very tired. I would not stay here again.

Staff was amazing. Only complaint is they never restocked the room .coffee water soda ect. Asked many times to have it done but never happened. Food was amazing. Highly recommend Sakura for dinner! And dont forget to walk down to the beach early A.M and watch the whales
