"Perfect location to explore the area. We were there for the Llangollen Round - a 35 mile event - and it was the perfect place to begin. We had an amazing outdoor space which we used all the time as the weather was kind to us. We ate outside too as there wasn't a table for 4 accessible without having to move furniture about in the lounge. "Lovely hotel in a great location. If it had a lick of paint and a new carpet here and there it would be even better. The staff were very willing to please and a small issue we had with our bathroom lock was fixed within 30 minutes of check in. Nice spa facilities - although more than 5 people in the pool would be crowded! Would return. "

"Incredible location close to everything, friendly staff, good value. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with nice views, lots of amenities including kettle, full bath. Llangollen is a beautiful, friendly town with local shops/no franchises. There are wonderful walks along canals to waterfalls, deserted abbeys. "
