"It's a student halls of residence. If that's what you're expecting I would imagine you'd be very happy with the room. If you're expecting a hotel, it's not a hotel. It was exactly as I was expecting. Comfortable, no frills, perfectly fine for a one night stay for me. Wifi was great. A little bit of noise at times, it's student accommodation, but not too noisy by a long way. I recently stayed at the IBIS in Bristol and that was far noisier. Would happily book again for a short stay."

"This was an excellently decorated & comfortably furnished apartment, perfectly located in a quiet location in the main part of town. We parked a short distance away at the ASDA car park, which was reasonably priced via the JustPark app. Helpful owners & excellent communication. We didn’t use the cooking equipment as the apartment was close to a number of chain restaurants - we did notice that there was no sharp knife nor microwave but otherwise was very well equipped. "Great weekend get away, reasonably priced and a nice few days away from everything. I was super impressed with the level of customer service from al of the young people ( including in Starbucks) and extremely helpful were Rosey and Kieran in the Pub and Jasmin in the Leisure centre . Nice sauna, steam room and Pool . Jacuzzi was out of order ."

"Convenient location off the motorway. Plenty of parking. Friendly check-in. Room was spacious, clean with large bed and well fitted bathroom with a decent shower. Good facilities in the room such as hair straightener and hair dryer but no kettle. Hot/ cold water is available at a tap in the corridor so be prepared to take your teapot to get water for a brew. Food is served at the adjoining 'diner' which was always busy. Not great options for vegetarians (a plant burger) but breakfast went did better. Would stay here again if in the area."

Tony dealt with a small issue quickly and professionally, and both he and Sam were friendly, helpful and a real credit to the team. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant one. "Overall, this was a nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable, and the grounds were pleasant. The other facilities, although I didn’t use them, also appeared to be of a good standard. I was surprised that the bathroom did not contain a bath, and although the shower was pleasant enough there was plenty of space for a bath to have been available. The biggest disappointment however was being charged an additional £13.50 per night for parking - I don’t recall seeing this anywhere in the listing information or pre-arrival information (although acknowledge I may have overlooked this) but for the price of the room (which is already high) I would expect parking for guests to be included."
