"Room was ok but needed a hoover. Not been done for a few days. Towels and bedding were clean. Breakfast was included in price, but failed to mention not a hot meal. Cereals, yogurt and toast only. Cooked breakfast was extra. No mention of this when booking. Staff were pleasant. Room with balcony had very good views. No venue parking, just in the public car park across the way. Overall 3/5. "

"Lovely place to stay, will be back"

"Very unique old mansion complete with eclectic wall to wall art, probably original furniture and uneven/squeaky floors. Only part upgraded were bathrooms. Living room space fits a group nicely. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Interior needs some help with musty/moldy odor. Beds could use some newer mattresses, not very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Limited communication with staff, especially at checkin. One visit was good enough for us. "

"We had a wonderful stay at The Mill at Glynhir. The location is stunningly beautiful and so peaceful. Matt and Helen were superb hosts—warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, their attention to detail is second to none as everything you need is provided. Breakfast was first class, with delicious local produce, and the amenities were exceptional. A perfect countryside retreat that we would highly recommend! "Our Two night stay at the very quaint Myrtle Cottage Vacation Rooms was a very enjoyable experience. Our days were spent visiting the more tourist attraction bays and sights, and the more secluded bays, accessible only by foot where swimming in the calm sea from a sandy beach is what being by the sea is all about. "As an older property and with all the difficulties to maintain such a property I feel it has been taken care of very well , it's charming and welcoming, clean a comfortable and the food is great. We loved our 3 nights and hope to return in the future."

"My daughter and I spent four nights there in August. Really good selection of food for breakfast. Lovely good sized room. I was pleased to see the soap dispensers in the bathroom which I prefer to the little bottles left in some hotels which are never enough. Our room was only a few doors away from the main rooms where wedding receptions and parties were held every day. Amazingly we couldnt hear it in our room. I loved the location of the hotel. It is just a short walk from the town centre and the railway station which meant we didnt need to use the car. Also its only a short drive to Aberavon beach which is such a beautiful clean sandy beach. Great for families with young kids as it is not as well known as Gower or the Mumbles, but has everything a child could wish for."

"From the time we stepped into the hotel the receptionist was so helpful and accommodating to the fact we were 3 hrs early . The bar is very relaxing and spacious the staff couldn’t do enough for you . We had an evening meal which was spectacular. And breakfast what a menu beautiful. The staff and accommodations is amazing "

"It is very rare that I give 5 star review’s but our stay at King Arthur Hotel from excellent from start to finish. Our room ( in the annex) was spacious, clean with a wonderful view of the garden. Considering the pub was extremely busy due to the Gower Show, our room was very quiet. The staff were polite & pleasant . Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "
