"Hotel is rated at 4*, but would rate it at no more than 3. Location is 4* stars. The building seems like it’s been renovated and it looks modern. However, our biggest issue with the property, and the room we had, was the air conditioning was almost completely ineffective. The room was extremely small for 3 people, beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the bathroom floor was leaking something that appeared like toilet water. When we complained the staff tried hard to please all the guests....

"We had a lovely two-night stay at the beginning of July. The room was nicely decorated, great beds, nice balcony, practical clothes line, fab shower. Really good storage, mini fridge and 2 complimentary water bottles. As a family of four, 4 would have been nice, and a little more space in the room at the foot of the beds too. The pool area is great, not too crowded. Free beach towels available. There are fun games next to the bar, lovely lounging area.

area is great. The room was basic and the food was ok. Close to the beach about 5/10 min walk and loads of shops and restaurants on the way to the beach. Also there is a supermarket round the corner which is great if you need to pick a few bits up. Elevators can be a bit of a nightmare especially at food time. Overall its a decent hotel in a good area of the town."
