It was in a nice nature area, but you could still walk or take a short Uber into the main areas.the breakfast was great, and the bistro staff excellent.

Great Boutique Hotel

This was my first visit in Ljubljana and Slovenia. I selected Hotel CAD because of it being a smaller Boutique hotel. It did not disappoint, The location is very nice in a large park; about 25 min walk through the park to the center of Ljubljana's old town (Preseren Square). The hotel is modern with modern appointed rooms; the staff is very kind and helpful.

Amazingly quiet location nestled in the woods, and still only a quick 25 minutes away from the Three Bridges. Really enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was pure bliss.

Nice stay out of the city but easy to walk into the city and free parking which is huge when staying in a city. Nice room and good food for breakfast. Nice staff service too. Only down point was 3pm check in felt quite late

Lovely hotel in Ljubljana

Amazing stay in Ljubljana. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and in a nice quiet area of the city. The food at the in-house bistro and restaurant both served great food. And the bistro is a great place to wind down at the end of the day for a drink or an affogato, of which my friends and I ordered MANY, and the staff were always kinda mad professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Hotel e camere ben tenute e curate anche dal punto di vista architettonico. Ottima posizione per famiglie, l’hotel è immerso nel verde, ha spazi e giochi per i più piccoli e buoni ristoranti per mangiare. Non è distante dalla città vecchia (20-30’ a piedi, 5’ in auto). Da rivedere la pulizia delle camere che non è impeccabile.

Rapport qualité/prix correct dans l'ensemble, mais nous avons été déçus par l'accueil à notre arrivée, la jeune fille qui était là n'a fait aucun effort de sympathie on nous a juste demander de payer la taxe de séjour à peine arrivés et aussitôt payée, celle-ci nous a tourné le dos, manque d'amabilité et de professionnalisme. Hôtel froid et impersonnel, chambre basique.

The Hotel ist in a quiet area near the Rosnik hill forest. The parking ist free for hotel guests and restaurant guests. The breakfast can be ordered a la carte, no buffet, but you can order twice or more without costs. All members of the hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. I can really recommend this hotel for a stay in Ljubljana. The restaurant ist opened every day for lunch and dinner without closing day, good meals and a rich choice of wines can be recommended.

A modern hotel near town but in the park.

We loved this hotel! The modern design is comfortable and well designed. The town is lovely and a 20 minute walk with park trails. Restaurant and breakfast are very good as well.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, new and the staff were very friendly & helpful. Easy 30 minute walk to the city center. The hotel is in the park and just peaceful. The parking is easy and there are 2 restaurants on site with very good food. Highly recommend!

Du bon et du moins bon

En arrivant vers 19h15, personne à la réception ouverte en principe jusqu'à 23 h. Au bout d'un certain temps, nous tentons de nous renseigner auprès du personnel du bar de l'hôtel qui nous accueille assez mal et nous recommande...d'attendre. Après 20 ' la responsable arrive enfin. Elle s'excuse, nous accompagne à la chambre et se montre vraiment très aimable et attentive. La chambre est ultra moderne et très bien mais, attention, le 1° étage est en fait à moitié en sous-sol donc la vue sur les beaux arbres environnant est limitée. Un conseil : choisir un étage plus élevé donc. Autre inconvénient : pas de volets mais des rideaux peu efficaces. Pour dormir prévoir un masque avion. Sauf 1 exception le personnel du bar et du pdj est à la fois inefficace (café servi tout de suite mais le reste dix minutes plus tard) et vraiment pas du tout souriant. Vraiment dommage car l'environnement est superbe. Le grand restaurant attenant à l'hôtel en terrasse pourrait être une belle expérience de cuisine généreuse, locale et campagnarde mais c'est vraiment très, très médiocre. A éviter en dépit de l'accueil sympathique et des portions généreuses. En résumé une bonne adresse, surtout si on est en voiture, mais la qualité du service laisse trop souvent à désirer.
