The square and surroundings are full of restaurants and shops and some great Greek bakeries. They will even provide laundry service for a reasonable price. "The staff were fabulous and hotel was in a great location. Room was very small and such low beds which made it very difficult to get in and out of and the wooden frame jutted out so constantly hitting your ankles! Same with the balcony furniture for getting in and out of . So low especially for older people . No kettle in room either which was disappointing."

"My daughters and I had an outstanding stay at Aenos Hotel and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Kefalonia. The hospitality was exceptional. The managers, front desk team, housekeeping staff, and breakfast staff were all incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, and their kindness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is spotless, with clean, cool, modern, and very comfortable rooms. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the Wi-Fi was fast, reliable, and worked perfectly throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. There was something for everyone, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Argostoli’s main square, just steps away from numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and the waterfront. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. The hotel also offers convenient laundry and ironing services, which are especially helpful for longer stays. What truly sets Aenos Hotel apart is its people. The outstanding customer service, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel at home throughout our visit. Our daughters and I had a wonderful experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Kefalonia. "A fantastic small beautique hotel in the mountains of Kefalonia, ideal for those seeking relaxation away from busy resorts. Great facilities with pool, overlooked by the mountains, pleasent rooms with plunge pools with view of the sea. 10 min walk to local beech, although no beech facilities available, so if seeking beach amenities, may not be the location for you. Fantastic spa facilities, along with a well equiped gym, for those seeking treatments, message or a workout. Overall a fantastic retreat, hiddem gem."
