"The view of the ocean was the best part. The swimming pool was also excellent. Walking back to the hotel from the main strip was a little tough due to the steep incline. And I would have liked to see more Greek options for breakfast instead of all the English options. The rooms were cleaned very well. "

"Hotel was excellent all around, nice pool with view of ocean, room and balcony great view , clean and neat, housekeeping came in every day, owners were very friendly and helpful….. provided maps and insights into sights to visit…… Quiet and location to port, center , and some great beaches were close…… I will return…… never had a chance to sample restaurant( hotel was closing for season)……… I recommend without reservation…. "Avithos resort looks as good as the photos. Chose this resort because of the kitchenette so that I could make food in the apartment and it didn’t disappoint. The kitchen has everything you need, except they don’t provide washing up liquid and sponge. It was lovely sitting out on the balcony for dinner or a drink. "Let's start with the only negative comment I can come up with. Yes the interior of the apartment was a little dated and fairly basic but hey you're in Greece. Everything else about this property is superb. The staff are excellent, the pool and bar is great and the hotel dog is hilarious. Guests return year after year and I can see why."

"As the booking was made we had a very good instinct that this was the right property. From viewing the pictures we were not expecting the Kitchenette, we were able to eat cooked breakfasts and dinners on the balconies and made our trips easier and lighter to focus on activities.
