"Beautiful historic building, great location where you can walk to everything. Easy to get in the main door and the suite. Nice amenities including the breakfast which was such a spread it was almost too much. Nice pool and outdoor area. Overall really nice!"

"They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! "

"Impeccable. I wanted a nice upscale stay and the well known hotel with the garden was not super accommodating when I called them to reschedule my trip, in fact they were rude. I decided to take a chance and find somewhere else and did I find a gem! We stayed in the Villa. It was incredible and the grounds were stunning. A short walk to the lake as well. "The place was fantastic, gorgeous and awesome. Location was great, just in the suburbs of Ponta Delgado. "The vila was perfect. Well equipped, clean and spacious. It is located 10 minutes from the port and close to the highway. The island is easily accessible from the vila. The staff (manager and housekeeper) were more than helpful. If we go back to Punts Delgada we will return to the Vilas dos Olivas without a doubt! "

"Great secluded hotel with wonderful walking trails next to the coast! Love the amazing views of the Atlantic and surrounding so much, I would go back just because of this. Room was dated but served the purpose. Only one in-house restaurant. Food was good but has limited options. Same menus everyday, they should change the menus from day-to-day. Overall, it’s a very good hotel with most wonderful views!! It’s very relaxing! Staff were courteous and always helpful. Highly recommended!! "

"Great place to stay! Close to everything and right across from the marina. Attentive staff and clean property. Front desk helped rent us a car and with securing a taxi. Only complaint the hot tub not working. Otherwise 5 stars all around. Would stay again. Lovely suite. "

"Beautiful location away from downtown, but only 20 minutes drive to the action, shopping and cultural surroundings of ponta Delgada. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful with any questions , beautiful surroundings of the mountains from your room very relaxing views. "

"Hotel was in great location near the marina and food and shops. Staff were very pleasant and room was clean and comfortable. The only thing to be aware, if you rent a car, they don’t have parking so you need to park on the streets or underground in the marina which can be costly. "

"My son and I had a wonderful two night stay at Hotel Verde! The hotel was exceptional in every way - service, cleanliness, comfort, food, etc!! It was convenient having the beach right across the back yard area, and their indoor/outdoor pool areas were lovely (nice gym too!) I would highly recommend! It is worth noting that I saw mainly adults staying here (not that kids aren’t welcome but it had a more mature, quiet vibe). "
