"Hotel was in a very good area on the seafront on Southern outskirts of Livorno. The hotel was very clean and staff brilliant. There were small selection bars and restaurants close by and centre of town about mile and a half walk along lovely seafront. Breakfast was very good."

I would like to caution travellers that respond to Expedia's request for check-in rating. I ticked OK (neutral emoticon) and they immediately rang up the hotel saying that I was not happy and complained, which was NOT the case."

"I would stay here again. Nice place. Didn’t get to use the pool (December). Had a coin laundry in the car box (parking garage) that was reasonable compared to other places on my travels in Italy. The latte machine in the vending machine area was excellent for 60 cents euro. Great view of the sunset from our massive end unit patio. "
