Enjoyable Sleep at a Low Cost

Very nice place for an overnight stay, considering the friendly price. Enjoyable nights sleep and welcomed reception from staff - shall be staying again.

Staff were ok and friendly. Bar only opened on Monday & Tuesday. The shower was cold on all the 3 nights that I stayed , I did report this to the housekeeper but nothing and the family in the next room were very noisy. I did't stop over on the 4th paid night.

Regent Maritime Liverpool

Hotellet ligger i ett industriområde ca 5 km norr om Liverpool city center med oljecisterner som utsikt 😬 Det är främst för de som arbetar på längre kontrakt. Väldigt trevlig ägarinna och rummet var OK men vi checkade in och ut inom en timme. Helt fel för två systrar som ville turista och våga gå ”hem” på natten.

room review

The room was comfortable but there were a few issues. The TV remote didn't work, probably flat batteries but I'm not a TV watcher so it didn't bother me. The door lock did not seem to have been fitted properly so my have been less secure that it could have been. The plug in the room's basin did not work so it was impossible to empty the basin which was inconvenient.

A pleasant welcome. The room and bedding were dirty. Furniture was broken. The bathroom door did not close properly. The floors and skirtings were dirty.

For the price was really bad the room was cold not very clean couldn’t even close window as it was broken heating did not work and the lock on the door was broken could close it properly. Was not very happy with my stay would not recommend this hotel yes it was 2 star but should have been better than that way to pricey for what it is .

Property is worse then a shanty town, staff rude dirty every where, missing kettle, half the blinds missing, bed mattresses had springs poking through i wouldn't even recommend to a homeless person place needs bulldozing

Did not stay. Received a condescending ‘welcome’ may as well not have been a window in the room as a gale was blowing through the mighty gap around it. Toilet stunk. Turned around and walked back out after only being there 10 minutes.

Room was ok, tv remote didn’t work. When I arrived back to my room in the evening there was another guest in it, he had been given the same room number as me,he was drunk and had put all my food in the bin and drunk my water, eventually they sorted out his correct room, but it made me feel very uncomfortable all night, the staff were friendly and helpful, all the hand sanitizers were clogged with old cleaner and were unusable, all in all not a good experience

This hotel provided comfort , great hospitality, friendly, very clean environment, in an easy to get to location which is central to the Liverpool town centre and a short distance from Crosby Mariner which is well worth a visit. Very affordable in comparison to other locations within the area. Highly recommended.

Not good

I could not find a single person on site who worked at the hotel. I called the number I was given but no one replied. Not enough toilet roll was left. There was No mirror in the room or any of the bedrooms. (HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO PUT YOUR MAKEUP ON AND DO YOUR HAIR WITH OUT A MIRROR).
