"Our stay was very enjoyable, the receptionwere very helpful with any queries. The only complaint I have is during the happy hour in the bar , it wasnt very relaxing to have a darts match blaring away on the television screens., especially when it seemed to be of little interest to anyone else. Some music would have been preferable but the bar staff showed little interest. Most hotels may have a screen on but usually on mute."
