"The AC was non fonctional. Went to the office they said couldn't do anything as it was central. The person at the desk was kind and polite. A lot of noise in the hall way. In the middle of the night was awaken by someone playing ball in the hall. Children pacing and screaming until 11. Didn't sleep ..."
