Our checkin process was good. One gal was being trained & was very hospitable; the other gal named Serena seemed knowledgeable in her job but was all business, never smiled or showed much warmth or personality. The hotel had easy accessible parking. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable.

The bathroom door did not close properly. The door edge was shaved off and the door knob was very loose. The shampoo and lotion dispensers were missing. The room was not maintained very good.
