"Had to be at airport at 3:30am, so I didn’t have breakfast. But the room was very spacious, clean, and even had a couple bottles of water. The bed was sooo comfortable, and also the pillows. But that’s if you like soft, squishy pillows, and soft bed. Would recommend staying there, over the Hyatt, which I stayed at last time."

"Only booked this because it was last minute and close to the airport, but to give perspective, I would’ve felt safer sleeping at the airport. The facility is falling apart, leaks from the ceiling, tape over the carpet where it’s ripping up, graffiti in the elevator, the elevator barely works, everything smells bad, etc. I could go on about a variety of things I witnessed in a short 10 hour period. While the workers were nice, there was one of them that appeared to be under the influence. I barely slept due to safety concerns and checked out asap because I decided I’d rather sit in the airport for 6 hours than spend another minute in this hotel. "

"most of the hotel was under construction/ renovation which was not stated prior. there was no gym or workout room. construction vehicles and debris occupied a lot of the parking areas. breakfast was bagels, muffins, or the make your own waffle. they did not have any active staff working the breakfast or any protein options. the workers doing the renovation work remained at the hotel at nights in their vehicles and the two picnic tables outside the lobby. there was no swimming area open and that was also advertised. i believe the hotel needs more work completed and more staffing on duty to accommodate guests. its shocking to walk into the lobby of the hotel and the entire first floor and both emergency stairwells have been stripped. no carpet but still the exposed tack strips running across the floor in the stairwells. there needs to be major disclosures to any customers looking to book a stay there because there are major discrepancies between reality and what was advertised at booking. "

"Stayed 3 nights. Never saw any staff. They had a concert on saturday night and didnt observe the quiet hours after 10pm they require from guests. Folks that were at the sat night concert in the property used the same bathrooms available to us which were nasty the next morning w/ toilet paper on the floor and they never cleaned it. 2 out of the 3 bathrooms were out of conditioner that never got refilled. Bathroom doors have gaps so no privacy. Bathrooms are also open on top and under the doors and with temperatures on the 50Fs and windy it was brutal to shower or use the bathroom. There was always bugs in the bathrooms as it is in the open. Cabins were ok, mattress not that comfortable. No wifi anywhere so I am not sure what they call public areas with wifi. Parking is far from where the cabins are and when they had the concert on sat there was no parking available when we arrived in the evening. They allowed us to park at a different area. Coffee shop? There wasn't any in the mornings when we got up and we went have coffee somewhere else. The property is pretty but management is absent and we felt neglected."
