"We had a terrible and horrible experience. We booked for a 3 day stay last June 9-13,2026, ( temp averages 90-100) with my family including a 7 yo kid and a senior. The unit has no working AC. I informed the management and asked to send someone to check the AC. No reply.. sent messages again and demanded to give us another unit with working AC if he is not sending someone to check/fix the AC. "The hotel in and of itself was good. However, the airport shuttle was always packed and getting on the shuttle was not guaranteed. Plan a minimum of 40 minutes wait time for shuttle each way to and from LAX. Also save yourself $20 by getting McD's breakfast next door."

"Let me start off by saying I love it here. I left my expensive eyeglasses here , called 10x days later and they had found them. I have stayed here several times. The free desert was fabulous!the only con I had was the phone didn’t work in the room and there was no ironing board in the room upon my arrival. I wish the rooms had microwaves, but as I was leaving I saw several in the hall, so it must be by request."
