"Absolutely LOVED our stay here, with two adults and two young children. One bedroom suite had two large beds, so younger children were able to share.
We were greeted by exceptionally warm staff and they went above and beyond for us. Kids really enjoyed the playground, minigolf and games room. But they especially loved the warm pool (I think it was 32 degrees!) and spa.
The whole place felt so tranquil. I wish we had been able to stay longer.
If we plan another Rotorua visit, Ripple will be first on my list of places to rebook. A simply wonderful experience!"
"I love the new rooms. Great layout for business travel with a desk that looks out to the view and nicely decorated. I like how the hot pools are adults only. Perfect to unwind after a busy working day. Definitely be sure to get a new room, as the old rooms are getting a bit tired. "
"Staff were very friendly & welcoming upon arrival. Great parking. Kids loved the park and alpacas outside, right in the centre of everything - bonus was being able to feed the animals too. Our room was #19 - Delux family room with spa. It was very clean & tidy - everyday our towels were replaced with fresh ones and our bins were always emptied. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😊"
