"The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The staff was rude, including the guy at the coffee shop that stayed on his phone the whole time. The WiFi was terrible and forget trying to watch anything on TV at night. The housekeeping was subpar. Our beds had sand in them when we got there and they never came to clean our room throughout our stay. The walls were thin, because we listened to a crying kid next door and a constantly running toddler above us. The pullout couch was a nightmare and so squeaky that it kept waking everyone up all night whenever our teenager moved even a little. The shower curtain was way too small for the shower, so it was breezy and water was all over the floor. You couldn't lock the bathroom door because it was a barn style door that was difficult and loud to slide open & closed. The microwave was missing. The safe was broken. The patio had a view of other patios, fences and astroturf. You could barely see the ocean over the edge of the property. No continental breakfast. Mandatory valet at almost $40/day so you couldn't go to your car and it was impossible to get out of the lot because of all the cars sitting in the way. Everything there was way overpriced, which was insane after paying $1,200 to park and stay for only 2 nights. The pool was in the shade. The best part about the hotel was leaving it. Never again. "
