"While the breakfast was average for an included breakfast, the remainder of the stay was sub par. The room was barely serviced on our first morning(a weekday) and was not serviced after that. Usual supplies like washclothes, towels, and toilet paper had to be requested at the front desk each day. The overall condition of the property is less that optimal. "

"Breakfast is always a hit especially the waffles. This is the 3rd time in 5 months we have stayed in the Studio Suite for a long weekend, and the room is always clean and quiet and spacious. The staff is incredibly pleasant and accommodating. There is always plenty of parking. The only negative I can share is the noise from the interstate is not fun if you have difficulty sleeping. "

"The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I personally loved paying at check in as opposed to check out, it was one less thing for me to worry about in the morning. The pantry area was well stocked and i was able to grab water and a powerade without having to run to the store. The location was convenient with plenty of parking. The area was well lit and safe. The room was extremely spacious, clean, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. My son enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and said it was the best breakfast he ever had in a hotel. That is a big compliment from him! I would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was dirty the towels had stains and were very small but the worst thing was the manger stole my 50 dollar deposit. Absolutely worst place I've ever stayed at."

"I was unable to make my Grandddaughters last ball game at the convention center because they would not allow me to stay in my room because I didn't live 100 miles away but with traffic and everything it took almost 3 hours to get there from where I live they wanted a 200$ dollar deposit in cash for me to stay why and why didn't they tell me that before hand I am 55 years old what kind of damage am I going to do by laying my head down somewhere to spend the night so I could be to my granddaughters ball game that was early on sunday morning .... I have let her down because I had to come home I had to pay someone to take me up there and now I'm out the room money my transportation money and food money and from the looks of the lobby and the employ they all needed to be cleaned it looks nothing like the photo "
