"Ice machine, spa, sink power outlet were all broken. No coffee maker. TV remotes didn’t work. Shower, toilet, sink faucets, room fridge/ freezer and floor were all in disrepair. Usual hot breakfast not offered. No shampoo in room. No paper receipt provided upon request. Desk said we’d have to get it from Expedia! What was most surprising was this motel was highly rated on Expedia. Is this what we’ve come to settle for in America? Very, very slack operation. Don’t go!"

"Air condition did not work, Terrible dust in vent (held up by twist nut (not screws), Door dead bold locked, but cold not unlock it! It took over 45 seconds in a panic to unlock. The place was occupied by people living there, not nightly guests. Smelled like stale smoke. "24 hour staff" was unresponsive. We did not stay here, I felt unsafe. Got a full refund."

"The only issue I had was that I needed a receipt for my stay (to submit for work expenses) and they said they couldn’t give me one because I booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). I later found out that when booking through Hotels.com, if you choose the option “pay at property,” the hotel is suppose to give you a receipt when you check out. I finally reached the front desk later that day and they did email me a receipt. They apologized and made it right. It was just a long process to reach a live person at the actual property because all of the customer service phone numbers are AI. Other than that, the hotel is very comfortable and clean and is a perfect spot to stay when passing through Holbrook, AZ. "
