"Never saw an hotel that new but that filthy!! "

"Mattress on sleep sofa had a big stain on it. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Breakfast choices were good. "

"Breakfast was sub-par. Egg and cheese omelettes had a cheese whiz type filling and the sausages looked like that had prickles and weren't tasty. Anywhere outside of our room was cold. And it snowed and wasn't plowed the next morning when we went to leave at 930am. "

"Very clean, but the staff really sucks at hospitality. There was a poor kid working the front desk, obviously just starting out at the job, and the guy in the wheelchair was extremely NOTICEABLY passive aggressive to him while he trained him on checking us in. It really put us off. Made sure to tell us not to ask them where the pool is (idk why because I was well aware there wasn't a pool and never even breached the subject of a pool???) but neglected to tell us that there is only staffing until like 8 PM or so with a kiosk you have to go to when your keys stop working randomly on the last night of the visit at almost 1 A.M. There was no staff present to contact, just a phone line with what was an obviously overwhelmed remote service worker who said "well how many keys have you gone through already?!" Uhh??? Just the ones I was given at check in??? That randomly locked me out at 1 A.M? Every person I spoke to sounded like they were annoyed they had to talk to me."

"Our room was really dirty. I don't think the carpets had been vacuumed between guests. Never even saw any housekeepers until our last night and at that point we did t bother them. Truly believe it was a staffing issue."

"When checking in and throughout our stay the staff were VERY nice. The condition of the pool room is not thay great, the elevator was loud, they might have been in the middle of some construction but there wasn't any signs indicating so. I asked for another towel as we had 2 in our room, and there was none in the pool area, and we were a party of 3, and they did not have any at the front desk. I knew for the price I paid it wasn't going to be a great place, but I was less than impressed. "

"I didn’t use the airport I just stayed with a friend here who lives in the area. This hotel was super nice and really modern with an awesome breakfast snacks dinner lounge. Like an upscale Marriott courtyard!"

"The front desk person never gave us any information. When we got to our room, their was no information about the shuttles or menus to order out. We had to go to the front desk to find out about shuttle to airport,food etc. We are handicapped so it made it hard to walk from 144 to the front desk. Morning front desk was so nice to me and helped me to clear off my car which I was so thankful for. I suffer from nerve pain and she was so helpful to me. "
