"Nice lobby, very central location with a short walk to many places, just about 20 steps away from the Japanese district. Great night life as well. What stands out though is the staff, everyone from the doormen, the restaurant manager, front desk to the ladies that clean the room...great service and helpful people. "

"Very luxurious hotel, loved all the little attention to detail, everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is a turndown service every evening and they even leave a chocolate on your pillow. It is so close to everything in district 1, we ended up walking everywhere as it wasn’t as hot, just have to watch out for the rain. The rooftop bar was lovely, unfortunately the cathedral was being refurbished when we visited but once it is all done, it will make the view even better. And their cocktails are delicious. "

"Posh looking hotel. Nice and clean facilities. Has a badminton 'court' beside the gym which provides a little fun. Great and responsive service. Huge bed that can sleep 3-4 people. Water pressure is too strong, not painful but waste water. Lights in the room turns on by itself in the middle of the night but was solved by the technician with a change of the display panel."
