"The room was disgusting. The television did not work. The cabinets and drawer where all broken. The fire detector was broken off the wall and not replaced. This place was by the far the worst place I have ever stayed at!"

"The room was clean just needed updating rust in the bathroom around the shower was black mold pretty gross. For the resort fees and spending over 250$ a night it’s not worth it. Wanna use the spa well don’t go on a Tuesday because it’s basically down for maintenance till 1-2 pm. Staff was not very accommodating probably because I didn’t spend 1200$ a night. All in all if you wanna book here don’t book in the forum towers book in the ocean or centurion towers maybe you will get a better view than the lobby out of your window. Vegas is a million times better yall"

"I agreed to an upgrade at the Front Desk because the room included a soaking Tub, unfortunately when we got to the room there was no Tub....so what did I pay for? Very disappointing. Overall Harrah's was good, great Pool area, Casino was OK, but it wreaked of Cigarette smoke. I guess most Casino's do as well."

"If there's a mid-level hotel nearby available, I'd highly encourage booking that. The cost to stay at Tropicana was way to high to stay in a tower that didn't have a consistently working elevator. I'm so grateful neither my boyfriend nor I have mobility issues because this is a major safety concern. Our room was on par with a mid-level hotel and not as clean or well lit. The only reason I decided to book at Tropicana was because my parents used to frequent it. I genuinely regret spending as much money as I did. I think the Quality Inn nearby would have been just as good."

"The vintage hotel feel was cool. The room was small and felt like a motel. It was tough to share the bed with someone else because of the size. A great option if you are staying and want to visit the Boardwalk or the convention center. Being connected to the casino was also a plus. I would only consider staying again if the rate was cheaper."
