"Property was amazing. Clean, easy to walk around, lots of options for fun. I traveled with 2 kids and they loved the kids pool! Kids club was also nice, but we didn’t spend much time there.
The staff is extremely hospitable and the food was amazing!!!
What was lacking for me was the consistency of activities both during the day and at night. Some private events were happening and it seems like the entertainment was prioritized to these groups versus the rest of the customers.
Some activities were moved/cancelled and each person would give us a different answer, so they don’t really know what’s going on.
Other than this piece, everything was really good and I would go back!
Giving them some grace as the resort just reopened and I believe they might still be adjusting and training the staff. "

"Amazing pool with plenty of comfy seating surrounding and shade available.
Enjoyed the coffee shop both in morning and evening.
The upper deck infinity bar with evening vocalist was both relaxing and entertaining.
Rooms were clean and well maintained.
My girls enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling in the cove.
The steak house and Japanese restaurant provided exceptional dining experience.
Good late-night burger at Sports bar.
All bartenders and wait staff very friendly.
Expedia staff very helpful and checked in on us a couple of times.
Very pleasant experience at Grand palladium for our family vacation!"

"Pools are great and the beach is beautiful with plenty of trees, cabanas and lawn chairs. There are high chairs in all restaurants. Use bug spray for ackee restaurant. Food and drinks is good. Overall staff is amazing. I would recommend this place for families. I would come back again. Our favourite people are Flame, T.T., aqua sports rental staff including Ashley and the other lady, Travis and the guy always under the tree on the beach. "

"Very cute & clean rooms. Nice variety in gift shop. Perfect location on 7 mile beach. Excellent bartender & very reasonable drink selections. Lots of delicious selections to choose from on breakfast, lunch & dinner menues. Lunch menu is served til 5pm! Fine dinning for dinner!"
