Room only, shower was in a bath but mat provided & told them tv was not working on leaving - dated but great for hotels.com price which was cheaper than hotels website

Clayton Hotel Bristol City
Breakfast sub par versus previous visit. No hot water for shower. These things happen, not their fault. However no apology or acceptance that it was an issue on check out.
