"Lovely modern hotel in centre of Guildford and easy walking distance of local sights, shops restaurants etc. Good that had parking available at reasonable cost. Outdoor terrace and spa facilities looked good although didn’t use spa. Only stayed 1 night but would happily stay again and longer in future."

"The hotel is set in a lovely location and the main building is full of character. The bar area is a little small and getting served can take a while. Whilst the staff were very friendly and helpful, they seemed to be under a lot of pressure and not very well organised. The food was excellent but again the time it took was quite long in some cases. The tables could do with being numbered and the staff given a plan of the layout. The rooms were a little small and the lack of air conditioning made the rooms very hot and sticky. That said they were very well presented and clean. There was tea and coffee available but I think bottles of water would have been nice with a fridge to keep it cool especially when the weather is exceptionally hot. We had breakfast in the main dining room which was very well done and the range of food available was excellent. All in all this is worth considering as a good place to stay, with only small things letting it down which is a shame as it is a nice quiet place to stay."

"Staff polite and helpful. Everything needed for 1 night stay. Lovely air conditioned room . All one needed at breakfast. Great location for exploring shops and harbour etc. Would recomend to friends and family and will stay again."

"What can I say? We avoided the expensive hotels in Central Woking in favour of a 20 min drive. I can not fault them on anything, we were greeted with kindness, our room wasn't far, the AC in the room was amazing considering it was in the 30s outside. Shower was good. Beds were comfortable. We used the swimming pool. The breakfast was top quality. All of the staff were kind and attentive. Would highly recommend."

"Had a great stay , room clean, staff very accommodating and friendly Some parts need a bit of painting and updating. Shame we couldn’t have any treatments didn’t realise that they didn’t do any on a Sunday Food was lovely."
