Front end staff were amazing! We stayed for 4 nights and upon awakening the second night we had no water….so much rain..and the public utilities were having big issues. Did not get water until mid afternoon and they had many people to deal with..yet they remained calm with each and every visitor. ...

Holiday Inn Express Lisbon Airport by IHG
The facility seems to have bed bugs. In two stays, about two weeks apart, I received a number of bites. Plus side- staff and facilities like breakfast are good.
