Lejligheden ligger i et super lækkert område tæt på et af Lissabon flotteste udsigtspunkter. Lejlighedens rumfordeling er rigtig god. Lidt mindre end man forestiller sig ud fra billederne. Vi var i lejligheden da temperaturen var meget høj (36-37) og vi savnede aircondition. Noget inventar er nyt noget er temmelig slidt men brugbart. Fint til prisen. Super god kommunikation.

Cero comunicación con el propietario llamé y nunca contestó la tele no funciona por lo demás el apartamento está muy bien pero si tienes un problema nadie te va a contestar la cama de matrimonio es cómoda pero las literas tienen unos colchones muy malos la situación es buena cerca hay un mirador y un parking para el coche muy barato está bien equilibrado

Le plus de cet appartement est sa localisation dans un quartier facilement accessible et vivant. Transport en commun et magasin à proximité. Sans oublier sa terrasse privative. Cependant, environnement est bruyant, appartement très mal isolé. Problème d eau chaude, il faut redémarrer la chaudière à chaque douche. Et équipement assez vieux et usé dans la cuisine et le reste de l’appartement

Appartement très décevant

Lors de notre réservation l’appartement semblait très propre et agréable il est loué avec 2 chambres idéal pour une famille. Les propriétaires Elsa et Rui sont hyper disponibles et adorables. Malheureusement la réalité est très loin de l’annonce… l’appartement ne possède qu’une seule chambre les enfants sont au bout d’un petit couloir. L’état de l’appartement est limite et plutôt sale. Rien à voir avec les photos. Bac à douche bouché, tapis immonde, beaucoup d’infiltrations, meuble dans le patio en mauvais état etc… en revanche il est parfaitement situé le tramway 28 s’arrête devant la porte et le quartier est très vivant. Mais l’espace est bien trop petit pour 4. Nous sommes très déçu surtout par rapport au prix payé. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un merveilleux séjour dans cette ville magnifique.
